Refunds & Withdrawal
This policy explains your right of withdrawal and how refunds work for AeroPlus Deco licences. It applies to consumers in the EU.
1. Try before you buy
You can use AeroPlus Deco free for 14 days before paying anything. The free trial gives you full access to evaluate the app, so you can decide whether it's right for you before purchasing a licence.
2. Your right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer buying online, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
3. Digital content delivered immediately
A licence key is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun, where you have given your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Because your licence key is sent to you right after payment, we ask for this consent at checkout. If you give that consent and we deliver the key, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you would prefer to keep your withdrawal right, do not consent to immediate delivery and instead contact us before buying.
4. If something is wrong with the product
The above does not affect your statutory rights if the Software is faulty or not as described. If your licence key does not arrive, does not activate, or the app does not work as it should, contact us at support@aeroplus-deco.com and we will help — by re-sending your key, fixing the problem, or, where appropriate, providing a refund.
5. Goodwill
Even where a refund is not legally required, we want you to be happy. If you bought in error or have a genuine problem, get in touch and we will try to find a fair solution.
6. How to contact us
For any refund or withdrawal request, email support@aeroplus-deco.com with the email address you used at purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.
